Due to the high-value and sensitive nature of professional camera equipment, all returns must adhere strictly to the guidelines outlined below.


General Return Conditions

All items must meet the following conditions to be eligible for a refund or exchange:

  • Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Original Condition: Products must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging, including all original components, manuals, cables, and warranty cards (especially crucial for X-T30 II Bundles).

  • Restocking Fee: Returns not in brand-new, resalable condition (e.g., showing shutter actuation counts, physical wear, or lens mount marks) will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 40%. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and the diminished value of the product.

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all costs associated with return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance, as FujiFocus is not responsible for items damaged or lost in return transit.

  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed and a refund issued after it has been delivered to our facility.


Specific Conditions for Camera Equipment

Professional camera equipment requires specific care:

  • Initial Inspection: Please inspect your camera body and lens immediately upon delivery. If any external damage to the packaging is present, document it before opening.

  • Reporting Damage: Report any shipping damage or missing items to us immediately—no later than 24 hours from delivery—at the contact information below.

  • Product Misuse: Products showing damage due to improper use, physical drops, water exposure, sand, or unauthorized modifications are not covered under this policy and will be rejected.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • All software licenses, firmware downloads, and digital content.

  • Gift cards and promotional vouchers.

  • All accessories sold separately (filters, straps, batteries, memory cards, cleaning kits).

  • International orders shipped outside the United States.


Warranty Claims (Defective Items)


If a product covered under the manufacturer's warranty is defective or damaged upon arrival, contact us immediately. In this scenario, we will coordinate a return for a replacement of the same product, and no restocking fee will apply. Please note that warranty claims (e.g., for technical failure after 30 days) are governed by the FUJIFILM manufacturer's warranty—typically one (1) year.
